That:
 
(i)           
officers be instructed to advise the Planning
Inspectorate that had North Northamptonshire Council remained the
determining authority, planning permission would have been REFUSED
based on the reasons for refusal debated at the Committee, the
final wording to be delegated to the Executive Director of Place
and Economy in consultation with the Chair and Vice-Chair;
and

 
(ii)         
authority be delegated to the Executive Director of
Place and Economy (and any officers nominated by them), to conduct
all activities necessary to engage with the current appeal on
behalf of the Council. This delegated authority extends to altering
or removing reasons for refusal, as deemed appropriate.
