Content

That:
 
(i)           
planning permission be GRANTED subject to the
conditions and the application being referred to the Secretary of
State for consultation under the Town and Country Planning
(Consultation) (England) Direction 2024;and

 
(ii)         
authority be delegated to the Executive Director of
Place and Economy to issue the decision notice following
confirmation from the Secretary of State that the application will
not be called in for their own determination.
