RESOLVED
KEY DECISION
That the Executive:
a.
Noted the provisional capital outturn position for
the General Fund (GF) Capital Programme and Housing Revenue Account
(HRA) Capital Programme for 2024/25.
b.
Approved the year end budget adjustment for the year
2024/25 of £1.471m as set out in paragraph 5.2.
c.
Noted the GF reallocation of budgets for the year
2024/25 of £3.565m across schemes as set out in paragraph
5.8.
d.
Noted the HRA reallocation of budgets for the year
2024/25 of £2.23m across schemes as set out in paragraph
5.15.
e.
Approved the proposed capital carry forwards from
2024/25 into 2025/26 of £48.7m for the GF as set out in
paragraph 5.9 and £7.5m for the HRA as set out in paragraph
5.14.
f.
Noted the proposed funding of the GF programme for
the year 2024/25, which will be confirmed as part of the Statement
of Accounts process, as set out in paragraph 5.10.
Reasons for Recommendations: This is in line with the
Council’s constitution and financial regulations in relation
to governance.
Alternative Options Considered: By not approving these
recommendations there would be an adverse impact on service
provision in North Northamptonshire.
