RESOLVED that
powersbe delegated to the Executive Director of
Place and Economy to GRANT planning permission, subject
to:
 

(i)    
the securing of suitable mitigation to safeguard Great
Crested Newts, either through the district level license regime or
by a suitable alternative; and

(ii)   
the imposition of conditions as detailed in the report
(including any amendments to the conditions as deemed
necessary).
