Following debate it was resolved
that:
 
The Place and Environment
Scrutiny Committee
 
a) Noted the North
Northamptonshire Cultural Masterplan for adoption;
b) Recommended it be adopted by
the Council Executive;
c) Recommended that further
work should be undertaken with Arts Council England and with key
cultural partners to confirm the most optimum ways to secure
funding in order to support the
establishment of a North Northamptonshire Cultural Collaboration /
Partnership.
