RESOLVED that: The Health Scrutiny
Committee recommends:
 
a)   
Mental Health Transformation
Oversight:
That the NHFT returns to the Committee with a detailed update on
the impact of Community Mental Health Transformation, including
access, outcomes and workforce capacity across North
Northamptonshire.

 
b)   
CAMHS and CYP Mental Health Access
Monitoring:
Ongoing scrutiny of access to Children and Young People’s
mental health services, with particular attention to waiting times,
early intervention provision and the impact of inpatient and
outreach models.
 
c)   
Inpatient Quality and Safety
Reporting:
That the NHFT provides the Committee with regular assurance on the
safety, staffing and outcomes within its inpatient mental health
facilities, particularly those flagged nationally as higher risk
service areas.
