KEY DECISION
 
That the Executive:
 

i)         
Approved the following changes into the capital
programme:

 

a)   
Local Transport Grant, budget approval for £54.6m,
£0.728m in 2025/26, £13m in 2026/27, £13.655m in
2027/28, £13.467m in 2028/29 and 13.738m in 2029/30 to be
funded from Department for Transport grant. 

 

b)   
Active Travel Fund 5, budget approval for £191k in
2026/27, funded from Department for Transport
grant.   

 

c)   
Consolidated Active Travel Fund, £508k in 2026/27,
funded from Department for Transport grant.  

 

d)   
Integrated Transport Block, removal of budgets of
£4.092m, £1.364m per year in 2026/27, 2027/28 and
2028/29 as this scheme has now replaced by the Local Transport
Grant in 3.1 i a.
 

ii)        
Noted the changes to the capital programme, following
approval by Directorate Capital Boards / Departmental Management
Team meetings, Chief Finance Officer (Section 151 Officer) and
Strategic Capital Board (where applicable), as detailed in table 4
of the report.  

 

iii)       
Noted the drawdowns of block budgets contained within the
Capital Programme as detailed in table 5 of the
report.  

 

iv)      
Noted the other material items considered by Strategic
Capital Board, as detailed in paragraph 5.9 of the
report.
