RESOLVED that:
 

                       
i.        
Service Improvement Tracking Through
KPIs

Future KPI reports more clearly link
service improvement plans to performance outcomes in key areas such
as homelessness and SEND, with brief summaries of actions taken and
progress against planned improvements.

 

                      
ii.        
Workforce Resilience and
Organisational Health Reporting

Organisational health indicators are
expanded to include more detailed analysis of long-term sickness,
turnover and vacancies — alongside commentary on mitigation
strategies to support service continuity.

Escalation and Risk-Based Performance
Focus

Persistently red-rated KPIs with high
service or reputational risk are flagged for further discussion
within regular performance reporting, with clear accountability,
risk ownership and planned remedial actions outlined.
