the Employment Committee:

a)   
Established a politically balanced Sub Committee
consisting of six elected members to interview and appoint to the
position of Director of
          
Transformation and Strategy, ensuring that at least one
Executive
          
Member is on the Sub Committee;

b)   
Noted that membership of the Subcommittee will
consist of four Reform Group Members, one Conservative Group Member
and one Green Party Group Member, in accordance with political
balance rules;
c)   
Agreed that the following stakeholder panel will be
established to provide feedback to the Sub Committee:

·      
Corporate Leadership Team Panel;
d)   
Delegated authority to the Assistant Director of
Human Resources

or their nominated deputy, in consultation with
members of the established sub-committee, to longlist and shortlist
suitably qualified applicants;
e)   
Noted that the assessment process will include a
technical interview

and psychometric testing to inform the Sub
Committee; and
f)     
Delegated authority to the subcommittee to appoint
the most suitable
          
person for the position.
