Purpose

To agree the Sign and seal of JCT contract for post inspection
fire door remedials at William Knibb Centre
Following a full inspection of fire doors at The William Knibb
Centre, several door sets were highlighted as defective or had
defects that resulted in the failures of these door sets as they
did not meet the standard required for fire retaining doors. The
RFQ put to market was for the required repairs or replacements, as
highlighted on the inspection reports.
68 Door sets require repair and 13 full Door sets require
replacement.
