Following debate it was
RESOLVED
 
(a) 
that the Place & Environment Scrutiny Committee
considered and recommended realignment of the Council’s
carbon neutral ambitions to align with the UK target of net zero by
2050 as per the recommendation at Option 2, and provided feedback
to be considered by the Executive
 
AND

(b) 
that the Place & Environment Scrutiny Committee recommend
to the Scrutiny Management Board that a working group be
constituted in order to review the Carbon Management
Plan and work therefore”
