Following debate it was RESOLVED

That the Place & Environment Scrutiny Committee
requested that feedback be given to the Scrutiny Committee on
completion of the wider consultation exercise.
 
AND
 
That a post-implementation review process be presented to
members of the Scrutiny Committee to assess the effectiveness of
the new Scheme, including metrics on housing outcomes, register
size, and service efficiency
