To approve the outcome of the Framework Tender for the Provision
of Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) Products and the award of
contracts to the successful suppliers for each respective
contract.
An open tender has been undertaken to identify the best supplier
to provide two lots: -
• LOT 1 – Nicotine Replacement Therapy – Bulk
Buy
• LOT 2 – Nicotine Replacement Therapy –
Direct-to-Client
Potential suppliers were scored against robust criteria in line
with procurement regulations.
These mandatory Public Health services will commence on 6th August
2025. To replace the original service contracts that end on 31st
March 2026.
