RESOLVED that:

Considers the items contained in the Scrutiny Work
Programme attached at Appendix A and comments as
appropriate 

Considers whether any items in the current Executive
Forward Plan, attached as Appendix B, should be added to the
Scrutiny Work Programme for pre-scrutiny 

Notes that there are no additional items currently
generated by Scrutiny which are not part of the Scrutiny Work
Programme 2025-26 

Agrees the recommendation of the Scrutiny Chairs and Vice
Chairs to not proceed with a formal consultation of all Members of
the Council to identify potential items for Scrutiny during 2025-26
but to instead advise all Members that they are welcome to nominate
items for Scrutiny at any time 

Subject to the Board’s comments, approve the latest
iteration of the Scrutiny Work Programme 2025-26 attached at
Appendix A
