It was resolved that:
 
That the Place and Environment recommended that officers
explore the opportunities and continue to engage with the Planning
Advisory Board or Planning Improvement Board with regards to
enhancing the enforcement of Planning Conditions with the necessary
developers and seek to explore opportunities to publish breaches of
planning conditions in the public domain.
