RESOLVED that:
 

(i)           
The feedback of the committee be
noted;

(ii)         
The Director of Law and Governance incorporate relevant
amendments to the constitution;

(iii)        
It be RECOMMENDED to full Council to approve and adopt
the revisions to the constitution.
