The minutes of the meeting held on 18 August 2025 were
received.
 
It was proposed by Councillor Carr and seconded by
Councillor Munday that the minutes be adopted. 
On being put to the vote the motion was declared
carried.
 
RESOLVED that the minutes be
adopted.
