RESOLVED
that the application be
approved:

(i)                 
subject to the conditions
contained within section 11 of the report and

(ii)               
subject to delegated power being
given to officers to amend condition 7, to secure additional plans
to demonstrate how appropriate levels of reinforcement have been
added to the fencing design to the rear of the site to prevent cars
crossing the boundary at low speed.
