RESOLVED
that delegated powers be given to
the Executive Director of Place and Economy to approve the proposed
development subject to:
 

(i)                
The completion of a satisfactory
Section 106 legal agreement which secures appropriate planning
obligations to meet the Heads of Terms set out in Appendix 1 to the
report;

(ii)               
The conditions contained within
section 10 of the published report (including any amendments to
those conditions deemed necessary).
