Purpose

1.     
To ensure the constitution is up
to date and reflects the current arrangements in place.

Following an audit recommendation
which recorded: “It is understood
that the development of new cultural values at the Council may not
require formal declarations of accountability to be completed by
budget managers, but any change in practices should be reflected in
the FPRs.”

Following changes to the
organisational structure references to relevant senior Planning
Officer have been replaced with the current position title Head of
Development and Enforcement Manager.
