The unanimous decision of the sub-committee is
as follows:

•        
the seriousness of the events of
February 2025 and the Home Office concerns relating to the
operations of the licenced premises at that time were
acknowledged.

•        
the following actions have been
taken since February 2025 to date including:

•         
The dissolution of the original
business operated by Adil KAYA.

•         
The creation of the new company by
Dogancan Kaya.

•         
The transfer of and variation to
the premises licence including the change of DPS and the addition
of conditions to the licence.
The furtherance of the licensing objectives
are also recognised.
To further strengthen and promote the
licensing objectives the committee will be adding two further
conditions to the license:

1.    
The premises will operate the
challenge 25 policy

2.    
Mr Adil Kaya shall not be involved
in the management and operation of the licensed
premised.
