RESOLVED

 

KEY DECISION

 

That the Executive:

 

i)                   
Approved the Highway Network
Management Plan as shown at Appendix A
to the report

 

ii)                 
Delegated authority to the
Executive Director of Place and Economy in consultation with the
Director of Law and Governance and Executive Member to make any in
year changes arising from changes in legislation.

 

 

Reasons for Recommendations - The
Council and its network users will receive the maximum benefit from
the option proposed; as it updates and provides improved clarity on
its guidance around highway network management.

 

Alternative Options Considered:
There are no alternative options. This is an update to an old
legacy document. The alternative option would be to continue to use
the outdated County Council document.
