RESOLVED:

 

KEY DECISION

 

That the Executive endorsed the
contents of the report and recommended the proposals on to the
Council for approval.  This includes:

 

i.                    
The Treasury Management Policy as
set out in Appendix A of the report.

 

ii.                  
The Treasury Management Strategy
Statement and Prudential Indicators for 2026-27 as set out in
Appendix B of the report, including the Authorised Borrowing Limit
for External Debt of £799.664m and the Operational Boundary
of £749.664m.

 

iii.                 
The MRP Policy as set out in
Appendix C of the report.

 

iv.                
The Investment Strategy as set out
in Appendix D of the report.

 

v.                  
The delegated responsibility for
the implementation and monitoring of treasury management decisions
to the Section 151 Officer to act in accordance with approved
policy and practices as set out in Appendix E of the
report.

To ensure that the Council
complies with its Constitution and legislative requirements in
setting the budget for North Northamptonshire Council from
