Following debate it was RESOLVED
that the Place & Environment
Scrutiny Committee:
 

a) Considered and scrutinised the draft Housing
Services Asset Management Strategy (Appendix A) and other
supporting papers, and
 

b) Provided feedback of the key points of
considerations and any recommendations that scrutiny members would
wish for the Executive to take into account when receiving this
report at its meeting, currently timetabled for, or after, Tuesday
14th April 2026.
