lease at Corby Household Waste and Recycling Centre, Stamford Road,
Weldon, Corby.
Reasons for the decision
The current 1 year lease of the Corby
Household Waste and Recycling Centre (CHWRC), Stamford Road,
Weldon, Corby runs out 30th March 2026.
Under the previous longer lease, the rent was
reviewed annually to RPI, therefore we have agreed for the rent to
be reviewed in line with RPI, giving a new rent of
£60,169.90.
Other than that, the terms and conditions of
the extant lease will remain the same in the extension

Our lease would be a sublease from Suez who in
turn lease the area from Tata.
This lease extension will allow further time
for future discussions to take place.
