The Licensing Panel deferred the Empowerment Funding Review. The Executive of North Northamptonshire Council met on Tuesday 14 April 2026 regarding this matter.

The North Northamptonshire South Area Planning Committee (Wellingborough) granted planning permission for 47 residential dwellings at Land Area 26A Stanton Cross, Mill Road, Wellingborough, subject to a Section 106 legal agreement. If the agreement is not completed by 30 July 2025, permission will be refused.

The Executive approved the Council's Speed Management Policy. Authority was delegated to the Executive Director of Place and Economy to make minor technical changes to the policy from 2027 onwards.
