Entering into a contract (Phase 2 – implementation) with IMPower to deliver a consultancy project that will both upskill NNC officers, reflecting the strengths IMPOWER has brought to the project, to create a new matrix model approach to transformation across the council. Phase 2 will also continue delivery of the priority actions identified and embed them into the work of key teams across Place and Children’s Services.
Reasons for the decision
