To apply a more comprehensive Data Processing Schedule to the Digital Assets work, allowing for the sharing of names, contact details and experiences of using the Stop Smoking Service. This also includes the creation of a sufficient consent form, that meets the needs of North Northamptonshire Council, the supplier and individuals involved with sharing their personal data.

Reasons for the decision

The original Data Processing Schedule (DPS) set out in the contract did not sufficiently meet the need of the proposed work, so a new DPS was needed so that the project could progress. The inclusion of a North Northamptonshire Council consent form allows for a fully comprehensive agreement that meets the local authority standards.
