Approval under the NNC Scheme of Delegation, for extending a Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) for Laxton Close, Corby, pursuant to section 59 of the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014. 

Reasons for the decision

To protect members of the public living in and visiting the area of Laxton Close, Corby from crime and anti-social behaviour.

To support authorised officers of NNC and Northants Police in dealing with ASB in the same area. Granting the extension of the PSPO will give the officers the powers to take enforcement action against those behaving in an anti-social manner.
