Reasons for the decision

Following a Request for Quotation (RFQ) process, this decision seeks approval to award a contract for the provision of Parent-Infant Relationship Pregnancy Bonding and Attachment Training.

The training will support workforce development across North Northamptonshire, strengthening practitioners’ ability to promote early parent–infant relationships and secure attachment. This aligns with Family Hubs and Start for Life priorities around early intervention and improving outcomes for babies and families.

The selected provider achieved the highest overall score against the evaluation criteria and is considered best placed to deliver high-quality training within the required timescales, representing value for money.
