RESOLVED:
 

(i)        
That the Licence Holder is a fit and proper person
to continue to hold a Dual Hackney Carriage and Private Hire
Driver’s Licence.

 

(ii)       
That a written warning be issued to the Licence
Holder advising that the points on his licence will be extended for
a further two years.
