that Place and Environment Scrutiny
Committee:
 
(i)          notes the
determination of the Ombudsman;
(ii)         notes the
council’s progress on implementing the recommendations of the
Ombudsman to ensure that this issue does not happen
again;
(iii)       recommend that the
Planning Improvement Board review the Tree Strategy.
