RESOLVED:
(i)
That the licence holder is not a fit and proper
person to continue to hold a Private Hire Driver Licence and the
licence is revoked with immediate effect.
(ii)
That the licence holder is not a fit and proper
person to continue to hold a Private Hire Vehicle Licence and the
licence is revoked.
