RESOLVED:
 

(i)              
The Corporate Scrutiny Committee scrutinises the
draft Workforce Strategy in around six months.

(ii)             
That the Council examine ways of investing in our
people to fill “hard to fill” posts to enable us to
become an employer of choice and by pursuing Investor in People
status.

(iii)            
To receive an update in 12 months to examine how our
use of agency staff has progressed.
