RESOLVED:
(i)
That the licence holder remains a fit and proper
person to continue to hold a Dual Hackney Carriage and Private Hire
Driver Licence.
(ii)
That the licence be suspended until the licence
holder has certified successful participation of a North
Northamptonshire Council approved advanced driving
course.
(iii)
That 8 points be placed on the licence for 24
months.
