The Cabinet of Oxfordshire Council approved recommendations for the Cost of Living Programme 2026-29 on 21/04/2026. The Cabinet delegated authority to the Director of Public Affairs, Policy & Partnerships, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Public Health and Inequalities, to agree new expenditure areas and allocate funding from the Crisis and Resilience Fund. This decision allows for the management of £4.82 million per annum from the fund, plus an additional £440,000 for oil heating costs in 2026-27.
