The Delegated Decisions by Cabinet Member for Transport Management approved the introduction of new Disabled Persons Parking Places at various locations in Cherwell and West Oxfordshire, the removal of existing ones, and the formalisation of one. The decision was made on 23/04/2026. The decision included approving new disabled parking places on Abbey Road (No.8), Abbey Road (No.19), Abbey Road (No.20), Angus Close, Arundel Place, Bretch Hill (No. 327), Guernsey Way, High Furlong, Penrhyn Close, Union Street in Banbury; Hertford Close, Langford Gardens, Leach Road in Bicester; Lord Close in Carterton; Walterbush Road in Chipping Norton; Cup and Saucer in Cropredy; Queen Street, Wytham View in Eynsham; Park Close in Hanwell; Fettiplace in Milton under Wychwood; and Blackberry Way in Woodstock. It also approved the removal of disabled parking places on Devon Way, Withycombe Drive in Banbury, The Paddocks in Deddington, and Gloucester Place in Witney. The formalisation of a disabled persons parking place on Acre End Street in Eynsham was also approved. The proposal for a disabled persons parking place on Portway, Banbury was deferred for further investigation. The removal of a disabled persons parking place on Edmunds Road, Banbury was not approved.
