Purpose

Under a section 278
agreement for the River Meadow Development, a number of changes are
required to the public highway to Improve permeability by
increasing footway to shared cycleway and safety by addition of
signalised crossing and extension of 30mp zone – all agreed
under Planning, S106 and S278 with Oxfordshire Highways.
