Delegate authority to the Director of
Transport and Infrastructure in consultation with the Head of Legal
and Deputy Monitoring Officer to finalise the target cost and
programme for Stage 2 (Construction) and issue a Notice to Proceed
to Milestone Infrastructure Ltd under the existing NEC 4
Engineering and Construction Contract for the Tramway Accessibility
Improvements
