RESOLVED: That the committee,
1. APPROVE the extension of current CTS
management post for a further six months to ensure the scheme is
well established
2. APPROVE the creation of a 1-year
fixed term post for an Access Officer, to include responsibility
for managing the CTS.
3. NOTE the progress made against each
of the recommendations agreed by ESCS following the appointment of
a designated officer detailed in this report.
