The following actions are recommended:

To note the representation received in response to the
consultation.

To approve the scheme as consulted on, as shown on the drawing in
APPENDIX A, which will result in the loss of one parking space on
street.

That the existing length of shared use cycle/pedestrian path be
extended in conjunction with the proposed crossing layout (under
section 65 of the Highways Act 1980).
