Purpose

To update on the Council's operational
decarbonisation strategy in Richmond.

RESOLVED:
 
The Committee resolved to:
 
a) 
Note the projects completed as part of the capital programme and
PSDS 1 and 3a.
 
b) 
Note that an application has been made to the Public Sector
Decarbonisation Scheme 4, (the outcome of which will be received in
May 2025).
 
c) 
Note the preferred recommendation is scenario 5 which includes full
retrofit works implemented to the top 10 consuming sites and
standard retrofit works on the remaining operational portfolio
sites (subject to Member approval)
 
d) 
Approve the proposed delivery model including changes to the Energy
and Sustainability team listed in Appendix 9. Budget growth is
expected to be 32% with an increase of approximately
£53k.
