The Committee
resolved to:
 
a) 
Note the action taken by services to manage debt and to support
those who are struggling to pay.
 
b) 
Note the write offs under delegated authority, of debts totalling
£2,350,050.
 
c) 
Approve the write off of 7 debts
relating to Business Rates totalling £651,694 as detailed
Appendix A.
 
d) 
Approve the Debt Management Policy (Appendix B) which includes a
Debt Fairness Charter.
