RESOLVED: That the Adult Social
Services, Health and Housing Committee
 
a) 
NOTED the delivery of affordable homes during 2024/25 and
future projections;
 
b) 
APPROVE increasing the intermediate rent annual income
threshold from £60,000 to £67,000 to align with GLA
policy.
