Purpose

To provide a progress update on Richmond
Corporate Plan (RCP) actions and performance against key
performance indicators (KPIs) related to this Committee’s
corporate priorities for 2024/25. Proposals for RCP actions and key
indicators for 2025/26 will also be included in this report for
scrutiny.

RESOLVED that the Transport and Air
Quality Committee:
 
 
i. 
Note progress on Richmond Corporate Plan (RCP) actions set out in
Appendix One.
 
ii. 
Note the performance against RCP key indicators in Appendix
Two.
 
iii. 
Agree the proposed RCP actions for 2025/26 set out in Appendix
Three.
 
iv. 
Agree the proposed RCP key indicators for 2025/26 set out in
Appendix Four.
 
v. 
Consider if there is an area of performance which should be
recommended for consideration as part of the Policy and Performance
Review Board’s workplan
