Purpose

To provide a progress update on Richmond
Corporate Plan (RCP) actions and performance against key
performance indicators (KPIs) related to this Committee’s
corporate priorities for 2024/25. Proposals for RCP actions and key
indicators for 2025/26 will also be included in this report for
scrutiny.

RESOLVED that the Committee:
a) NOTED progress on Richmond Corporate
Plan (RCP) actions set out in Appendix One.
b) NOTED the performance against RCP
key indicators in Appendix Two.
c) AGREED the proposed RCP actions for
2025/26 set out in Appendix Three.
d) AGREED the proposed RCP key
indicators for 2025/26 set out in Appendix Four. e) AGREED
that there was not an area of performance which should be
recommended for consideration as part of the Policy and Performance
Review Board’s workplan.
