Purpose

To report the results of a public consultation
regarding a proposal for a zebra crossing relocation and associated
pavement/planter scheme on Hanworth Road, Hampton.

Content

The Executive Director of Environment and
Community Services:

i) Notes the results of the consultation as outlined in section
7.1-7.4 of the report.
ii) Agrees to proceed with install of the scheme as detailed on the
drawing in APPENDIX D of the report.
iii) Agrees to the advertisement of a Traffic Management Order
under Section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 for
various yellow line restrictions as detailed.
iv) Agrees to a notice under Section 23 of the Road Traffic
Regulations Act 1984 for a new zebra crossing arrangement (to
include removal of the existing crossing) as detailed.
