RESOLVED: That the Adult Social
Services, Health and Housing Committee:
 
(a) APPROVE the contents of this
report;
(b) APPROVE the forecast(s) for
temporary accommodation use (as set out in tables 4 and 5
therein);
(c) APPROVE the resources forecast and
the lettings plan (as set out in Appendices 1 and 2); and
(d) APPROVE that authority to set a
reasonable and affordable rent for residents of the hub,
taking into account the extensive
support provided, be delegated to the Executive Director, in
consultation with the Executive Director of Finance.
