Purpose

This report contains the Infrastructure
Funding Statement 2024/25, which the Council is required to publish
by the 31 December 2025. It details CIL and S106 receipts,
allocations and expenditure within the financial year
2024/25

RESOLVED:
 
The Committee resolved to:
 
a) 
Approve the publication on the Council’s website of the
Infrastructure Funding Statement for 2024/25, as set out in
Appendix 1.?
 
b) 
Delegate to the Executive Director of Finance, in consultation with
the Finance, Policy and Resources Committee Chair, the
republication of the Council’s Infrastructure Funding
Statements where modifications are required.
 
c) 
Commit to lobbying the Government to safeguard the Community
Infrastructure Levy, given its vital role in supporting local
infrastructure and delivering community benefit.
