The Executive Director of Change and Innovation approved the award of a contract to XMA Limited for the renewal of laptop and desktop devices on 23 April 2026. The decision was made following the recommendation of the evaluation panel. The contract award includes securing fixed pricing or capped uplifts where possible and making supplier-provided warehouse storage a mandatory condition of contract award.
